π Scripture Focus
Galatians 6:9 – “Let us not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
π¬ Personal Reflection
Even the strongest believers have moments when they want to quit. Not because they’ve lost faith—but because they’ve poured out everything and feel empty. Ministry can be lonely. Prayer can feel unanswered. The promises seem delayed. And the weight of spiritual warfare presses hard.
I’ve been there. You’ve probably been there too. That quiet moment when you whisper, “Lord, I can’t anymore.” But here’s the truth: wanting to quit doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It means you’re human. It means you’ve been fighting. And it means you need rest—not retreat.
God doesn’t shame the weary. He strengthens them. Elijah wanted to die under a broom tree, and God sent an angel—not a rebuke. Jesus wept in Gethsemane, and heaven responded with strength. Your breaking point might just be your breakthrough moment.
π ️ Coaching Prompt
Take a moment to reflect:
What’s draining you right now?
Where do you need to receive instead of give?
Write down one area where you’ll allow God to restore you this week.

π Closing Prayer
Lord, I’m tired. But I’m still Yours. Strengthen me where I’m weak. Remind me that quitting isn’t my portion—restoration is. I receive Your grace today. Amen.
